VOXX Exhibits Expands Market Reach with Strategic Acquisition of YES TRADE SHOWS

DALLAS, TX -VOXX Exhibits, a leader in custom exhibit design and fabrication, has announced the acquisition of YES Communications Inc., dba YES TRADE SHOWS—a specialized trade show management company with a 19-year record of excellence in aviation industry trade show management. This strategic acquisition strengthens the VOXX market position and will open new opportunities in the aviation market.

The acquisition aligns with VOXX’s growth strategy by expanding its client portfolio while adding specialized industry expertise to its service offerings. VOXX will seamlessly integrate YES TRADE SHOWS and begin operating as VOXX Exhibits, ensuring continuity for existing clients while leveraging VOXX’s expanded fabrication capabilities, design resources, and warehouse capabilities.
