A Step-by-Step Guide
Our team offers smart, high-quality installation and dismantling services for exhibits. We remove the need for you to use show labor crews that are historically difficult to manage, unreliable and expensive. Not only does our team travel wherever we're needed, the costs for VOXX I&D are cheaper. That's right, we're cheaper and better!
Step 1:
Planning & Requirements
We start by gathering as much info as possible from the show decorator, venue, and you - our client. We track down freight delivery windows, setup times, show hours, dismantle times, outbound carrier check-in times and floor clear-out times.
Step 2:
Schedule & Communicate
With all the above information from step 1 in hand, its time to begin making decisions. Our schedule will detail when the freight should arrive, how it will ship, and when should VOXX labor will be scheduled. The final schedule will be communicated with all parties.
Step 3:
Install, Dismantle & Repack
These services might include disassembly of the structure, re-packing of the exhibit and flooring, preparing for outbound shipping, which could include re-skidding or re-creating the exhibit, shrink wrapping/banding, submitting paperwork to show management, and freight labeling.

We amplified EARGO's presence at CES with an innovative, interactive exhibit that showcased their cutting-edge hearing aids and created a lasting impact on attendees.

We designed a 30' x 60' custom exhibit that maximized Eargo's narrow space at CES. The layout featured an innovative tunnel design that guided attendees through a self-directed journey of Eargo's hearing aid technology. Key elements included a 7' x 20' LED video wall, double-sided tunnel monitors with directional sound domes, and a rotating 3D Eargo backlit logo mark as a hanging sign. This immersive environment effectively showcased Eargo's brand and products while managing crowd flow in a challenging space.

BOOTHS
To address Eargo's need for quiet testing areas within the noisy exhibit hall, VOXX created custom-designed, soundproofed pods. These branded booths provided an ideal environment for attendees to experience Eargo's hearing aids and conduct self-guided hearing tests. Equipped with iPads and headphones, these pods allowed visitors to interact with Eargo's technology in a controlled acoustic setting. The sound booths not only solved a practical challenge but also served as a unique branding opportunity, reinforcing Eargo's commitment to personalized hearing solutions.
